If you’re looking for an intense workout, I highly recommend trying Bikram Yoga. Yes, I know it’s hot as all hell and you probably can’t imagine yourself being stuck in a room for 90 minutes but it’s completely achievable. After going for several years, I have seen it all. Young, old, obese, thin, you name it. They were all able to stick it out. What’s important is not whether you can master all 26 postures but the benefits you receive after it’s all said and done.
