Pillsbury rolls are such an easy fix for a dinner meal but after Kroger’s Pillsbury $1 sale I got a bit bored of the same old. This is not a healthy recipe to say the least since I’m adding cheese and more butter but I’m in love with these rolls. One bite and you’ll be hooked; in fact I ate 3 rolls at once and it was hard leaving any left for my hubby! Glad I have one more can of rolls in the fridge waiting… Maybe for tonight?
3 tbl. butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced (we love garlic!)
2 tbl. dried parsley flakes
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
plus 2 tbl. to sprinkle on top
Cut biscuits into 4 pieces and place in a bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over biscuit pieces; gently toss to evenly coat.
Use a muffin tin and place 6 – 7 pieces in each cup. Sprinkle the remaining 2 Tablespoons of cheese over the top and bake at 400 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
Enjoy them warm, fresh out of the oven!
